5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, you must notify Thespian Academy in writing. The refund policy is as follows:

Thespian Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that Thespian Academy cancels a course, all enrolled students will receive a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thespian Academy shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Thespian Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
